The Concerned Citizens of Lincoln County will meet Thurs., April 19, 6:30 p.m. at the Lincoln County Library. Guest speaker for the evening will be Billy Caddell, marketing manager and Jayne Callaway, operation program manager from Wilkes Communications. Everyone is welcome to come and be a part of the CCLC.
