Justin B. Hawes, formerly of Lincoln County, has fulfilled a dream he started back in September, 2003.

He attended the School of Automotive Machinists (better known as SAMS) in Houston, Texas, while pursuing a career in the automotive aspects of the racing industry.

Upon completion of school, he accepted a position at General Performances, Inc. in Pompano Beach, Florida in February, 2005.

Having a desire to move closer to Charlotte, N.C., home of the racing industry, he was offered a position at Wallace Development in Harrisburg, N.C.

After starting his career there, new windows opened and he had an opportunity to interview at Dale Earnhardt Incorporated (DEI) in Mooresville, N.C. He was hired and began his new position at DEI on January 22, 2007.

Justin is the son of Rosalyn B. Guillebeau.
