Registration to play Lincoln County Little League baseball is currently underway at three convenient locations: Cliatt Crossing, Farmers & Merchants Bank, and Goldman & Wengrow.

The deadline to register is Friday, February 16, with tryouts set for Saturday, February 24. The cost is $35 per child. Late registration will not be allowed.

Depending on participation, the Little League Association is planning to offer the following leagues:

.. T-Ball - ages 5 and 6. .. Coach Pitch - ages 7 and 8. .. Minor League - ages 9 and 10. .. Major League - ages 11 and 12. .. Junior League - ages 13 and 14. .. Senior League - ages 15 and 16.

.. Girls Softball.

Opening day is scheduled for Saturday, March 17, with all teams taking the field. Pictures will also be taken at this time.

In addition, barbecued chicken plates, with all of the trimmings, will be on sale. Tickets may be purchased from the players and coaches.
