Costume contest winners
Over the Rainbow held a Halloween contest and the winners were front row (Lr): Cade Buchanan - Dash; LizBeth Cunningham - pink poodle; Carlin Gibson - Mary had a little lamb; back row: Judge, LCES secretary, Tracy Beggs, Chloe Cliatt - Snow White; Jason Whitaker - Scarecrow; Danielle Gibbs - ballerina and Judge, LCES Principle, Marilyn Bell. All of the children were absolutely precious!
