Edith M. Newman

Mrs. Edith Miller Newman, 94, entered into rest on Friday, October 27, 2006 at McCormick Health Care.

There will be no memorial service at this time.

Mrs. Newman was a native of Kansas City, Missouri and lived in Winston Salem, North Carolina, before moving to McCormick. She retired as a retail sales clerk.

Survivors include a son, Paul M. Sack of Savannah Lakes Village, McCormick; a brother, William Anderson; two sisters, Betty Lou Davis and Patricia Clark.

Rees Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
