Mr. and Mrs. Billy Lagroon visited Mrs. Irene Bailey on Monday.

William and Lee Bentley attended their grandson, Ethan Mahaffey's football game at Patriots Park Saturday morning.

Mrs. Irene Bailey spent the weekend with the Barry Chastain family and attended the Fall Festival at Salem Baptist Church on Saturday night and services at the church on Sunday morning.

Mr. and Mrs. Don Stephens visited Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Fizer on Tuesday afternoon. Jackie Reese was also a visitor in the home. Alan Fizer spent the weekend in the Fizer home.

Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Bowick visited Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley Saturday and attended the Fall Festival at Salem Baptist Church. Mrs. Bowick and Mrs. Bentley visited Mr. and Mrs. Truett Smalley and Mrs. Kerry Whitner.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Burnseed are visiting their daughters, Mrs. Shirley Saturday and Margaret Nesmith. Mr. and Mrs. Burnseed and Mrs. Saturday spent several days the past week in the mountains.

Michael and Oliver Mongrue and Harold Bailey have been visitors of Mr. and Mrs. James Bailey.

Miss Sara Echols, Miss Missy Johnson, Steven and Christopher Walden and Miss Shannon Barrett have been visitors over the weekend in the Barry Chastain home.

Mrs. Kerry Whitner, Miss Mandy Dornberg, Mrs. Carla Quarles, Christopher Quarles, Brandon Dornberg, Mitch Whitner, Brenda Bowick and William and Lee Bentley have been visitors in the Truett Smalley home.

Russell Aycock and Chris Reid visited in the William Bentley home Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Cox and Mrs. Trudelle Bentley visited Mr. and Mrs. James Bailey Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Abel hosted a cook-out and pumpkin carving for their children and grandchildren Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Chris Abel, Keegan and Amanda and Mr. and Mrs. Jay Watson were in attendance.

Salem Baptist Church held its Fall Festival on Saturday night with approximately fifty present for the occasion. Everyone enjoyed the games, food and fellowship.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Fizer visited Miss Carolyn Goff at Lake Crossing on Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley attended the Fall Festival at Troy United Methodist Church in Troy, S.C. on Sunday afternoon as guests of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Bowick.

Brandon Dornberg, Kristopher Lund, Julie Otten and T.J. Rodgers of Gibson, Ga., C.J. Dornberg and Tracey Rodgers were visitors in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Truett Smalley Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryant spent Tuesday through Thursday in Dillsboro, N.C. and Bryson City, N.C.

Miss Alicia and Patrick Bryant have visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryant during the week.

Mrs. Dudley Bryant visited Ms. Marsha Mooney during the week.
