MHDDAD to hold public forum at The Lincoln Center

The Region 2 Mental Health Developmental Disabilities and Addictive Diseases Planning Board (MHDDAD) will hold a public forum to give all consumers and health care providers an opportunity to offer input regarding their specific interests and needs.

The forum is set for Monday, October 30, at The Lincoln Center. The schedule is as follows: 4-6 p.m., Consumer and Family Session, and 7-9 p.m., Provider Session,

The goal of the forum is to ensure that consumers and health care providers are involved in the community planning process.

According to a spokesman for the MHDDAD, "It will be to both parties' benefit to attend at the forum and make their voices heard."
