Gary Brett Hinton and Julia Melissa Quarles are proud to announce the birth of their son, Thomas Gage Hinton, born December 8, 2006 at University Hospital in Augusta, Ga.

Maternal grandparents are Thomas Quarles of Lincolnton. Maternal greatgrandparents are Mrs. Cecile Quarles and the late James Quarles of Lincolnton and Jackie Emery and Larry Lloyd of Largo, Fla.

Paternal grandparents are Ms. Rebecca Hinton and Mr. and Mrs. Gary Hinton, all of Thomson, Ga. Paternal great-grandparents are Edna and Jimmy Hinton of Thomson.

John and Diana McKenzie of Lincolnton are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Elizabeth Marie, born December 11, 2006 at Doctor’s Hospital in Augusta. She weighed seven pounds, five ounces and was twenty inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Jeanelle and Edmund Bryant of Lincolnton.

Paternal grandparents are Moralle McKenzie of Lincolnton.

Mr. and Mrs. Brandy Lee Martin are proud to announce the birth of their son, Parker Lee, born at 12:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at Watauga Medical Center in Boone, N.C. He weighed eight pounds and was twenty-one inches long.

ELIZABETH MARIE MCKENZIE Maternal grandparents are Dr. and Mrs. Andy Murray Norman of Boone. Maternal great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. David Terrell of Horse Shoe, N.C. and Mr. and Mrs. Murray Toombs Norman of Lincolnton. Mrs. Velveth Edson of Brush, Colorado is Parker’s great-great-grandmother.

Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Roy Lee Martin of Pelham, Al.

Mrs. Martin is the former Amy Suzanne Norman.
