Gerald and Marilynn McKinney enjoyed Thanksgiving as houseguests of Richard and Margaret Dowding of Onondaga, Michigan, Mrs. McKinney’s sister and brother-in-law.

The Dowding’s hosted a reception in Mr. and Mrs. McKinney’s honor Thanksgiving evening to introduce Gerald to many of Marilynn’s family. Attending were Ms. Susan Garland of Charlotte, Michigan and her daughter, Keri of Lansing, Michigan and son, Jamie and Angela Garland with her grandson, Kyle of Bellevue, Michigan; Mr. and Mrs. William Amsdill, Sr. of Brooklyn, Michigan; William Amsdill, Jr. and William Amsdill, III of Hudson, Michigan; Myranda and Shayne Steele with their sons, Tyler and Mason of Luckey, Ohio; Sally Amsdill and Jesse Brown and her son, daughter, Lillian of Springport, Michigan; Mark Amsdill and his son, Justin with granddaughter, Chloe and daughter, Jolene of Jackson, Michigan; Mrs. McKinney’s nephews, Darek and Lewis Kidder of Rives Junction, Michigan and niece, Jacquelyn and fiancé, Jeffrey Miller of Eaton Rapids, Michigan; Ronald and Mary Dowding; and friends, Shawn, Shannon, Austin, Ashlyn Murray and Jerry Webb.

Gerald and Marilyn were married July 1, 2005.
