The Lincoln County Middle School girl's basketball team defeated Washington Wilkes Middle by a score of 38-27. Bethany Beggs led all scores with 19 points. TSGT Edward R. Benson, U.S. Air Force Retired, 70, husband of Margaret Walls Benson of Hinton St., entered into rest on Sunday, December 3, 2006 at his residence.
