'Help a Child Smile' mobile unit provides dental services at LCES

The Lincoln County Middle School girl's basketball team defeated Washington Wilkes Middle by a score of 38-27. Bethany Beggs led all scores with 19 points. Montana Dawkins chipped in seven and Perkita Walton had six. LCMS opened the game with a quick steal and free throw by Taylor Fernandes. Taylor then injured her ankle and was lost for the game. TSGT Edward R. Benson, U.S. Air Force Retired, 70, husband of Margaret Walls Benson of Hinton St., entered into rest on Sunday, December 3, 2006 at his residence. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 5 at First Assembly of God with Revs. Lanis Lewis and Terry Bonds officiating.
