Sara Anne Remsen, along with the other members of the Senior Company at Augusta West Dance Studio, won first place with their jazz routine at the Tremaine Dance Workshop and Competition held in Atlanta on November 4th. Augusta West received several first place trophies that night. A tap trio of three of the Senior Company dancers also won first place and best showmanship. The Senior Company is under the direction of Merry Beckham and Megan Luquire. Augusta West Dance Studio is owned by one of Lincoln County's own, Dianne Clements.
