Miss Roselle Caroline Dawkins, 92, entered into rest on Sunday, November 12, 2006 at Wilkes Health Care Center, Washington, Georgia.

Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, at Independence United Methodist Church Cemetery in Tignall, Ga. with the Rev. T.G. Hall officiating.

Miss Dawkins was born in Parksville, S.C. and was the daughter of the late William H. Dawkins and the late Nettie Kelsie Bolman Dawkins. She was a homemaker, the oldest member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church and the Sudie Sims Sunday School Class.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Tommy Cunningham, Jr., Danny Dawkins, John W. "Bill" Dawkins, Sammy Dawkins, Thomas Dawkins, Jack Heard, Tab Reed and Bryan Snider.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pine Grove United Methodist Church Building Fund, 3449 Pine Grove Church Road, Lincolnton, Georgia 30817.

Rees Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
