LANE RANDALL PARTON LANE RANDALL PARTON Lane Randall Parton, son of Aaron and Melissa Parton of Lincolnton, turned one year old on August 17. He celebrated this big occasion with several parties.

His first party was held at his me maw and papaw's home, Mary and Racy Goldman of Lincolnton, on August 17. He and his family enjoyed supper with birthday cake and ice cream following.

Next Lane celebrated on Saturday, August 19 with two parties at Loco Baptist Church. The church fellowship hall was transformed into a colorful construction site. His friends joined him at 10:30 for cake, ice cream and cheetos. Each child enjoyed their own construction cake, construction hard hat personalized with their name and a goody bag with tool-shaped cookies and an inflatable hammer.

His second party that day started at 6:30 in the evening at the church with family and friends. Guests feasted on Paradise barbecue with all the trimmings, construction cake and ice cream.

Lane would like to thank everyone for the great gifts and for making his first birthday so special. A special thanks to his me maw for making the cakes and cookies.
