 David and Ashley Harper of Oakwood, Georgia announce the birth of their son, Noah David, born June 20, 2006 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Ga. Noah weighed six pounds, four ounces and was 20 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Billy and Susan McKinney of Plum Branch, S.C. Maternal great-grandparents are Margie Bussey and the late Ray Bussey of McCormick, SC and the late Robert and Katherine McKinney of Plum Branch, S.C. Paternal grandparents are Eddie and Wilma Harper, II of Lincolnton and Debra Kea of Commerce. Paternal great-grandparents are Betty Morton of Rayle, the late Russell Hendricks of Washington, the late Edward and Evelyn Harper of Lincolnton, Ruth Hopkins and the late Theodore Hopkins of Washington.
