Georgia Legal Services Program (GLSP) will be at The Lincoln County Senior Center, 160 May Ave., from 11:15 a.m. 1:15 p.m. on Wed., Aug. 16 on a first-come, first-serve basis for seniors 60 years of age or older who have a noncriminal legal issue.
