At the Concerned Citizens of Lincoln County meeting held July 20 at the Lincoln County Library, Shirley Dawkins, branch manager of the library, was invited to speak to the members.

The members were amazed at all the areas that are covered by the library. Lincoln County citizens can be very proud of this facility. If you haven't availed yourself of a visit to the library, it would certainly be good for you to do so.

She stated in a year 10,000 people had been helped in various areas within the library. Shirley and her coworkers enjoy their work and are very willing to help you with any function within the library.

With the small book, etc. budget that is allotted to the library each year by the county and the state, Shirley does an outstanding job. We are very lucky to have the hardworking department heads that we have in Lincoln County.
