Bluegrass Month in Georgia

Governor Sonny Perdue recently signed two proclamations, one designating May as "Bluegrass Month in Georgia," while commending Norman Adams and Tony Anderson for promoting the Lewis Family Homecoming and Bluegrass Festival each year and the other, recognizing the members of the Lewis Family for their contributions to bluegrass music.
