Dr. Cassandra Youmans (r), the new health director for the East Central Health District, visited Lincolnton recently to meet with the staff at the Lincoln County Health Department. A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Dr. Youmans is board certified in both pediatrics and internal medicine and has received many academic honors and recognition for her commitment to excellence.
