Payment of the correct amount must be made within 30 days of billing; such payments are not refundable.

Payment will be made to the contractor each calendar month based on the estimated work completed in place as prescribed by the standard specifications.

NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, LINCOLN COUNTY

By virtue of Power of Sale contained in Deed to Secure Debt from Charles T. Hanson hereinafter Grantor(s), to HABERSHAM BANK, dated June 10, 2003, recorded in Deed Book 124, Pages 251-258, Lincoln County Records in the original principal amount of $48,266.45; said Deed to Secure Debt being given to secure a Note and Security Agreement; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Lincoln County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, May 2, 2066, the following described property:

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 185th District, G.M., Lincoln County, Georgia, being designated as Tract "B", containing 21.12 acres, more or less, and being bound, now or formerly, on the NORTH by lands of Brunswick Pulp Land Company; EAST by lands of Brunswick Pulp Land Company and a paved county road; SOUTH by a paved county road and lands conveyed to Reviere; and WEST by lands conveyed to Reviere and lands of Brunswick Pulp Land Company. Said tract is more particularly described on a plat of same made from a survey by Robert F. Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes, special assessments, unpaid utility bills constituting liens against the property, and all Security Deeds, liens and encumbrances existing when the above-described Deed to Secure Debt was filed for record.
