Fund set up at FSB to benefit Davis and family
A fund has been established at Farmers State Bank to aid Kathie Davis, who had a brain aneurysm to burst last week while vacationing in Florida.
Davis was air-lifted to the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Hospital where she underwent surgery to clamp and drain the aneurysm. She is currently a patient in the hospital's neuroscience intensive care unit where she will remain until she can be moved to an Augusta hospital.
The funds collected will help defray medical expenses and meet the needs of Davis' children, Dustin and Cody, as they travel back and forth to Birmingham to visit their mother.
Contributions to the Kathie Davis Fund may be made at the bank during regular business hours or by using the night depository. Donations may also be mailed to the bank at P.O. Box 99, Lincolnton, Georgia, 30817. Please remember to write "Kathie Davis Fund" on the envelope.
