Interim President Tom Call will recognize 421 students who qualify for Honor Student status at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College during Honors Day ceremonies on April 12 at 11 a.m. in Gressette Gym. One of those students will be April L. Tankersley of Lincolnton.

Call said students receiving this recognition are those who have completed a minimum of 15 semester hours at ABAC with a cumulative grade point average between 3.2 and 3.74 on a 4.0 scale. Students with higher averages are recognized as Superior and Distinguished Honor students.
