The Lincoln County Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting in the Commissioners' Conference Room, Lincoln County Courthouse, at 210 Humphrey Street, Lincolnton, Georgia on April 10, 2006 at 5:30 p.m.

Whereas, heretofore, on July 30, 2004, Jerry W. Laughlin and Hong Thi Laughlin, did make and execute to Henry F. Beckworth and Shirley M. Beckworth a certain Security Deed covering the following described property:

Tract I

All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Lincoln and being known and designated as Lot 29, Block H, Indian Cove Subdivision of Kimberling Investment Corporation land within the Clark Hill Reservoir Area as shown on a plat prepared by James G.
