BAKETRIA R. ELAM AND TARTIMAEUS L. GARNETT Mr. Kenneth Elam is proud to announce the engagement of his daughter, Baketria Raquelle to Tartimaeus L. Garnett.

Keke is the daughter of Mr. Kenneth Elam and the late Mrs. Barbra Stokes Elam of Lincolnton, Georgia. She is a 1998 graduate of Lincoln County High School, a 2001 graduate of Augusta Technical College where she earned an Associate's Degree in Marketing Management and is currently enrolled as a junior at Brenau University where she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management. She has been employed with Georgia Bank and Trust Company in Augusta, Georgia for the past six years.

Tee is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Garnett of Washington, Georgia. He is the 1994 graduate of Wilkes Comprehensive High School. He has been employed with Eaton Corporation in Athens, Georgia for over seven years.

The couple will exchange vows on May 6, 2006 at Mulberry CME Church.
