Chamber events planned for the months of November and December 2005 are:

Nov. 1 Member appreciation event 6 p.m.

Nov. 5 Holiday Trail Ride at Bussey Point Recreation Area 10 a.m. 5 p.m.

Nov. 19 8th Annual Holidays in Olde Lincoln Towne Festival of Events featuring Pioneer Day at the Historical Park 10 a.m. 3 p.m.; Holiday Cruise-in at Lincolnton Baptist Church parking lot 10 a.m. 2 p.m.; Shopping Day in the City 12 8 p.m.; and the Holiday Parade at 4 p.m. (N. Peachtree St. from the library to Jericho Florist and Main St. will be closed to all parking and drive through traffic from 12 noon until 8 p.m.). Look for holiday parking signs at designated areas around the festival area. Handicap parking at the Lincoln County Health Department. Deadline to register for the parade is Fri., Nov. 18 at 5 p.m. All parade entries must fill out a registration form.

Nov. 20 Community Thanksgiving Service at Lincolnton Baptist Church 7 p.m., the public is invited.

Dec. 1 Breakfast with our Legislators at The Lincoln Center 8 10 a.m. Tickets are available at the chamber office or from any chamber director for $10. Reserve a table by calling 359-7970 before Nov. 28.
