Lincolnton Baptist Church Fellowship Hall was the scene of a drop-in shower honoring Karyn Smith, brideelect of John Spratlin, on Sunday, September 18th.

Karyn wore a royal blue dress and was presented with a corsage of white carnations by the hostesses. Approximately eighty-five guests enjoyed the event. Hostesses for the occasion were: Mrs. Marion Aycock, Mrs. Charles Beggs, Mrs. Larry Campbell, Mrs. Billy Hogan, Mrs. James F. Mattison III, Mrs. Dwain Moss, Mrs. Tony Rowland and Ms. Marsha Scott.
