Mr. and Mrs. Jeremiah Brantley, of Grovetown, Ga., are proud to announce the birth of their son, Jonas Wyatt, born at 3:28 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2005 at University Hospital in Augusta. He weighed seven pounds, three ounces and was twenty inches long.

Mrs. Jeremiah Brantley is the former Mary Ellen Partridge, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Partridge of Lincolnton and the late Mrs. Mitty G. Adkins. Maternal great-grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Patrick H. Gassaway, Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Sidney Partridge, Sr., of Lincolnton.

Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Brantley, Jr. of Waynesboro, Ga. Paternal great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Jack Turner of Perkins, Ga. and the late Mr. Wendell Brantley, Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Homer Bonnell.

Jonas was welcomed home by his big brother, Owen, four years old.

Mr. and Mrs. Aaron L. Parton are proud to announce the birth of their son, Lane Randall, born August 17, 2005 at Doctor’s Hospital. He weighed seven pounds, eleven ounces and was twenty-one inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Racy Goldman and the late Randy Martin of Lincolnton. Maternal great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Boyce Paradise of Lincolnton and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Cuthbert Martin of Lincolnton.

Paternal grandparents are Pam Parton of Lincolnton and Dewey Parton of Clinton, Tennessee. Paternal greatgrandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Wright of McCormick, S.C. and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Parton and the late Hazel Parton of Lincolnton.
