The American Legion family, Post 194 commander, Perry O’Neal; The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 194 president, Jackie Crook; and The Sons of the American Legion Squadron 194 commander, Jeff Gassaway, have donated baby food, juices, diapers, sponges, paper plates, spoons, forks, knives, baby clothes, snacks, can food goods, cleaning supplies, baby wipes, infant clothes, flashlights and batteries, deodorant, trash bags and children’s books to send with Chad Freeman to Mississippi on September 23.
The American Legion Family is thankful to Sons’ mom, Rita Hussey and auxiliary member, Sue Scott for doing the shopping for us and special thanks to Chad Freeman for his trailer and his time delivering all the items to the victims of Katrina.
