NOTICE Georgia, Lincoln County Probate Court

Hattie Mae Postell and Johnny Postell has petitioned to be appointed Administrators of the estate of Hattie Bell Postell, deceased, of said County. The petitioners have also applied for waiver of bond and/or grant of certain powers contained in O.C.G.A. Sec. 53-12-232. By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Bryon A. Willis and Suzanne L.
