The Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce is getting ready for their annual fall events, the grand marshal nominations, Junior Miss and Miss Lincoln County Pageant, Fall Southern Gospel Night, and Holidays in Olde Lincoln Towne Festival and Parade.

December is the annual Breakfast with Legislators, Tour of Homes and the Holiday Decoration Gala. The 2006 calendar is also on the agenda with events planned.

The American Legion family of Post 194 wants to thank everyone who came out for the July fair, weather hurt us, but we never know what “Mother Nature” will do. We are working on having a fair in October, watch The Lincoln Journal for the dates.
