The open houses held Thursday, August 4, at all three Lincoln County schools were huge successes. Pictured at the LCES open house are: (l-r) Gloria Harris; her son, Brandtlyn Harris, 6; and first-grade teacher Penny Dunaway. Brandtlyn’s father, Melvin Harris, was also on the scene. The first day of school was Friday, August 5.
