Tallent promoted to rank of master sergeant in USAF
      Tommy B. Tallent has been promoted to the rank of master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. Tallent, a flight chief, is assigned to the 90th Missile Security Forces Squadron at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Cheyenne, Wyo. The master sergeant has 17 years of military service. He is the son of Boyd J. and Paula M. Tallent of Thomson, Ga.
